Name the Goat Kids

Our new Miniature Pygmy Goat Kids have arrived at Fairhill, and they need names. You can tell them apart by their collars: bright blue, dark blue, green, orange and pink.

How it works

  • Every winning name begins with the letter H - because we give our creatures names beginning with a different letter each year, so we can remember how old they are. This year is H.
  • Suggest a name for as many of them as you like.
  • Entries closed at the end of Saturday 8 August 2026.
  • The winning names were announced at the Official Opening of The Kids' Barn on Sunday 9 August 2026.
  • Each of the five winners receives a $20 Fairhill Gift Card.

Thank you to everyone who suggested a name!

This competition has now closed.

Come and meet the goat kids at The Kids' Barn, with cuddle time and bottle feeding at 12.30pm every day. See Farmyard Adventures to plan your visit.
