The Nursery continues to specialise in native plants with the addition of other speciality non-invasive plants for the garden and indoors. Investment in new nature-friendly production and plant care is already demonstrating beautiful results.

The Longhouse Garden Centre and Farm Shop stocks Sunshine Rich Pasture Raised Eggs, Sunshine Gold Honey, and other artisan foods and drinks from local farmers, growers, gardeners, producers and suppliers.

The talented kitchen brigade, under Chef Dan Gregory formerly with the acclaimed Spirit House for five years, makes the most of seasonal, organic, local ingredients.

Fairhill’s Farmhouse Clotted Cream Teas feature house-baked scones, family-recipe house-made Devonshire Clotted Cream, and local Preserves. Discover Thunder and Lightning Splits with in-house Devonshire Clotted Cream and Honey from the resident bees who feast on native flowers.

Good coffee is essential and Fairhills Courtyard Cafe baristas use Wild Child Padre Coffee certified organic coffee beans direct from farmers in the mountains of Columbia, smooth and sweet with notes of dried fruit, honey, toffee, dark chocolate.

Fairhill Gardens, Nursery, Garden Centre & Farm Shop are open 8am-4.30pm. The Courtyard Cafe Bar Restaurant, fully licenced, is open 8am-4pm.
