The award-winning kitchen (WA Chef of the Year, Diners’ Choice Award) makes the most of seasonal, organic, local and native ingredients, truly farm to table and paddock to plate from our Bamboo Park home farm eight minutes away.

Breakfasts, lunches and our baking all feature pasture raised eggs hand collected daily from our home farm.

Fruits, herbs and veggies are supplied fresh from local greengrocers, our own orchards, or homegrown bushtucker.

Pasture raised meats include Bamboo Park heritage pork and Phat Wag Wagyu beef from the Sunshine Coast hinterland.

Fairhill’s farmhouse-style Devonshire Teas feature house-baked scones, family-recipe house-made Devonshire Clotted Cream, and local Preserves.

Honey from the resident bees who feast on native flowers is also used in a classic of French pastry, the Paris-Brest delicious choux pastry cream puff wreath.

Good coffee is essential and the Fairhill Courtyard Cafe baristas use locally roasted specialty coffee beans direct from small scale farmers who have been producing artisan coffee for generations. Perfect for lovers of strong, smooth and sweet coffee with notes of dried fruit, honey, toffee, dark chocolate and sweet spice..

Whether you like your coffee black, with our creamy Maleny milk or with plant-based milk, this is the perfect coffee. According to Sunshine Coast research, ninety per cent of us want strength without bitterness in our coffee, which has led to the sourcing of traditionally processed beans from the family coffee farms of Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Sumatra.

Our extensive teas range includes local Yandina Apotheca sticky wildflower chai, Little Wildlings teas, native rosella, along with euphoric sacred blue lotus and butterfly pea flower teas.
